Maybe, it could be a problem exclusively with Windows 8.1 Pro (which I am using). So, I would add this as a downside for this software. Personally, I’ve experienced video converting software (excluding other features) which takes merely 20-30% of Processing power while conversion. The software takes 90-100% of Processing power to convert a video.
We encountered a major problem (at least that’s a problem for us). The list could be more compact yet descriptive. So, a user may get confused when he/she wants a target device which isn’t listed in the software’s output selection list. It’s not possible to include each and every model of smartphones (iOS, Android and General). It supports numerous devices and formats. But, we suggest a cancel option after selecting the video (on the output profile windows as shown below). When we select a video, you would have to select the desired output format, and then you’ll be able to clear it from the list if you have selected the wrong one. We tested each and every feature of this software and found no problems at all! We want to suggest a close button or cancel button at the output selection window.
