The tan lasts about a week depending on shower/exercising habits and fades nicely with proper moisturizing. The final tan still looks wonderful though despite that "gripe" and I have not had any issues with streaks or unevenness. When it's shower time, you watch the CG go down the drain leaving you with a nice, natural tan, but one that is a decent bit lighter than you would expect given how deep the CG made your color look.
